Freckles

He was tall enough – had legs long enough – to hang his backpack off his knee by the strap and not have it touch the train floor. At random moments, probably in sync with the music or game playing on his phone, he would jiggle his right heel up and down, while tapping his left foot. He was dressed in dark colors. Black, stonewashed jeans that actually fit, not skintight, but fitting. Black Nike sneakers, a grey hoodie zipped all the way up with a black coat open over that. No gloves or hat. Close cut brown hair and large over-the-ear headphones.

He had pale skin, long fingers, and so many freckles they seemed to be taking over his face.

He starts jiggling both his heels, the metal tags on his backpack jingling with the movement.
