I hope you made it home safe. I am sorry that you had to deal with being harassed on top of what was probably an already long day. I hope that you were able to fall asleep and that you didn’t have too much anxiety. You do live in NYC so there is the possibility that you shook it off easy enough, but I know that something like that would have lingered and weighed me down for days later. What I really want to tell you is this:

You did nothing wrong. You handled what happened perfectly. You did not deserve what he did and you did not incite it.
